1. General Information
This online shop is operated for the sale of physical audio media (Compact Discs / CDs) and related items. All products offered are subject to availability.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in the user-selected currency (top left).
Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateways or via direct Bank Transfer.
Orders will only be processed and dispatched after full payment has been received and verified.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are packaged securely and dispatched via standard postal/courier services within [1–3 business days] of receiving payment.
International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees required by their country’s regulations.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only; we are not responsible for postal delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU Statutory Rights)
14-Day Return Right: If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the physical item.
Unsealed / Opened Media Exception: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws regarding audio recordings, CDs that have been unsealed or opened from their original shrink-wrap/seal after delivery cannot be returned.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Returned items must be in their original, sealed condition.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your CD arrives damaged (e.g., cracked jewel case or unplayable disc) or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to display product images and details as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in packaging, artwork, or colors may occur. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use or purchase of our items beyond the purchase value of the product ordered.
